The new Earthshaker Platform

As the old internal version earthshaker support platform for the IG wasn't to our satisfaction I decided to give it some love and completely redo it. The new version will have proper animations and build scaffolds to go in-line with the rest of the IG buildings to make it look pretty. -Cosmocrat
